Parents and carers are provided with a Parent Portal account on registering at the nursery. The Parent Portal is a bespoke system that we have developed and is very easy to navigate and use. This puts you in control of the information held on your child. The key features currently include:

• The ability to flexibly book and pay for childcare, as you go
• A live timeline allowing you to see how your baby or toddler is doing during the day
  
• A live messaging service to communicate with practitioners or reception staff
  
• Track progress and development records, in accordance with the EYFS curriculum
• Receive notifications including booking reminders as well as forms for review
